Terms of use

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of StageTime (stagetime.live), a free concert-listing site run by Roberts Digital Creations, Ohio, USA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What StageTime is

StageTime lists concerts and shows the times we know for each one: doors, opener, headliner and curfew. It's free, and you don't need an account. We don't sell tickets.

2. Event data comes from third parties

Event listings, venues, dates, prices and ticket links come from Ticketmaster's Discovery API and other public sources. We refresh them daily but can't guarantee they're complete, accurate or current. Shows get moved, changed or cancelled. Your ticket seller and the venue are the final word.

3. Set times are estimates

Set times can change at any time, even on the day of the show. Times labeled Estimate are based on earlier stops of the tour, Listed times come from the ticket listing (usually doors or the first act), and even Confirmed times can change. Always check your ticket and the venue before you go. We're not responsible if you miss part of a show.

4. Ticket purchases and affiliate links

When you click a ticket or product link you leave StageTime. Any purchase is between you and that seller, under its terms, refund rules and fees. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

5. Things you send us

If you send us set times, corrections or other information, you confirm that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use, edit and publish it on the site and in the newsletter, without payment. We may review, edit or decline anything you send. Please don't send anything unlawful, misleading or someone else's private information.

6. Using the site

Please don't scrape the site in bulk, overload it, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design and original text belong to Roberts Digital Creations. Event data belongs to its providers.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Roberts Digital Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for losses from relying on listings or set times, such as missed shows, travel costs or ticket purchases. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Questions: hello@stagetime.live or our contact page.
